Warranty

All our products carry a 60-month warranty against manufacturing defects, and inherent termite and borer issues. The warranty, however, does not cover:

  • Upholstery
  • Coverings
  • Cushion covers.

Repairs/returns/replacements if any are required under the warranty shall be done as the Company sees deems.

Delivery & Installation

Shipping & Delivery

You may opt to have the products delivered to your location, however, delivery charges will apply. In the event of the unavailability of a service lift in the building, delivery will be available only up to the ground floor of the building. The delivery team shall make two further attempts if the first attempt to deliver is not successful. If you request a delayed delivery, or the delivery is delayed due to your unavailability at the delivery location, a grace period of 7 days shall be provided, beyond which a ‘Holding Cost’ or a ‘Delayed Delivery Cost’ will apply to your total order value weekly.

Please Note: Kindly make sure that you have checked the dimensions for the placement and fitting of furniture through doorways, stairs, etc. The company will not be liable for any failed deliveries/damages if the product does not fit through doorways, stairs, etc.

Installation

Installation of furniture by the Company is available free of charge within the limits of Delhi NCR. A detailed manual for installation will be provided for deliveries outside Delhi NCR. You may make a special request with customer care for installations outside Delhi NCR regions, however, an installation fee would be chargeable.

Damaged good returns

Cancellation

Once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns/Replacements

If you have received a product that is damaged or defective or if you have received the wrong product, you must immediately notify the delivery personnel and write to KREA Customer Care at contact@kreaworld.com. The Company may replace the product or initiate a return or take any other corrective measure as it deems fit. Returns are only allowed in case of damaged or defective products at delivery.

Please Note: Once you have signed for the product at delivery, it cannot be replaced or returned. Please check the product before signing for it.

Refund 

In the event of you receiving a damaged and defective product, the Company may initiate a refund. Within 30 days of approval, the amount you have paid will be refunded either through NEFT, cash, or the original mode of payment.
